9. Technical ‘ecosystem’

“… enabling it to produce the entire technical 'ecosystem' required to maintain itself…”

This expression is intended to encapsulate the structured global architecture which comprises energy distribution grids, communications networks, transport infrastructure, banking systems, electronic trading platforms, mass media networks, mass education systems, mass production and distribution systems, national and supranational governmental infrastructures, including military command and control mechanisms. These systems are all technologically institutionalised within the politico-corporate complex for the organised and controlled circulation of energy, wealth, resources and reserves. These systems contain countless interlocking and interdependent sub-systems from the global to the capillary level, producing a sinister parody of the natural order - a technical ‘ecosystem’.
